Bracket :
Made of pressed steel, double zinc layer, blue-passivated, Cr6-free, with double ball bearing swivel head, assembled with resistant central riveted solid plug. The DC riveting solution of the swivel head assures a smooth rotation with no locking points, a long service life and is specially designed for high and low temperatures use, with special DC developed grease for high and low temperatures.
Wheel :
Made of exclusive DC XHT® compound for extra-high temperatures, high load capacity, high impact resistance, good floor preservation and non marking.

Where are the DC Di Candia Ruote wheels and castors produced ?
Our full line of production, including fittings, accessories and raw materials, are entirely manufactured in Italy, in our production plant in Besnate.
Are the products showed in this website certified for food industry ?
Yes, of course. All our production is certified for food industry, food contact and, in compliance with the May 2011 regulations, all our high temperature wheels for bakery industry are free from phenolic resin.
Is there any warranty on both wheels and brackets ?
Yes, all our products are guaranteed for 12 months when the proper conditions of work are respected. We are also the only manufacturer to guarantee our Nylon / Polyurethane wheels against the tread de-bonding for the entire wheel life. I need proper hygienic castors, are your products compliant ?
Yes of course, all our Stainless Steel castors and our wheels are produced with close cells materials to reduce contamination risks.
Are the heat resistant wheels good for freezing as well ?
Yes of course, all our DITHERM wheels can be used as well into freezing conditions up to -40°C, except the LTW line that can reach -70°C and the XTW line for -50°C.
I have seen heat resistant wheels called Termotex, what material are they ?
The Termotex wheels are a production of DC Di Candia Ruote since year 1959 and is our trademark. This name identifies a part of the DITHERM MTW production for some specific markets, then the name Termotex does not identify a material but a part of our range.
